We believe that mentorship without sponsorship will not yield upward mobility. That’s why a vital part of our Pathway2Empowerment program model is what we call Commerce Connections. These experiences connect our Ambassadors with individuals and organizations across Atlanta that lead to relationships and career opportunities. This quarter, the Ambassadors visited JACOBS®, where LEAD Board Member, Monte Wilson, is the Director of the Advance Planning Group. They did a case study on the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and learned about some of the factors that go into the planning and execution of a massive sports stadium.
