Discipline, accountability and camaraderie are all components of L.E.A.D. Each year, we connect with partners that can teach our Ambassadors more about these components and how they’re taught, implemented and measured within their organizations.
This year, we partnered with cadets and officers from Ft. Benning’s U.S. Army Armor Basic Officer Course who provided our Ambassadors with a class on leadership, an introduction to military vehicles and guided them through different obstacles to demonstrate how to work effectively as a team. The lessons learned through this experience will not only help them on the baseball diamond, they will help them win at the game of life.
