In love with

La Biosthetique

skin care range

What were the main queries or needs that customers mentioned at L’heure du The event (held in June 2013)?

Clients wanted a splash of colour and a mini pamper. A little buff & polish makes a lady feel complete and compliments any outfit.

I sensed calm, reassuring vibe from you. What separates Claire Francoise Salon with the other beauty salons in Melbourne?

I personally believe I have a unique quality in making people feel normal! I know that might sound strange, but I am constantly told by my clients that I don’t make them feel uncomfortable in anyway. I’m quick, thorough and simply love my clients. I have had many come to me now for 10 plus years. I’m also very choosy when I select my girls. I make sure I choose staff with similar attributes and make sure clients don’t experience any attitude. It’s my pet hate. Clients want a warm, inviting, yet efficient salon with welcoming staff and a smile.

What do you think defines good customer service?

Always a smile, making the client feel important and that their time is valued. Taking in the clients concerns and listening to them, helps to develop a personal connection. Always ensuring clients know how much you appreciate them. And never forgetting to thank them for their patronage.

Tell us about the brands you distribute for nails, hair and beauty products.

We’re in love with the new La Biosthetique skincare range. St Tropez spray tan is simply the best for that perfect natural hue. Our own brand of custom made hot waxes and skin crèmes as well as our Bamboo & Lilly candles have been a career highlight thus far. A beautiful candle is so relaxing.
