Our Curriculum Promise
We provide a vibrant, rich and exciting curriculum which develops pupils’ knowledge of the
world around them; develops their language and vocabulary; and sparks their curiosity to
learn more. Our Curriculum Promise is two-fold: it is a guarantee of academic rigour and
vibrant creativity and it will equip your child with the knowledge and skills they need to
successfully move onto the next chapter in their education. They will become artists, writers,
musicians, athletes, mathematicians, historians, dancers, scientists…and much more through
our approach to the wider curriculum. We aim to offer a whole range of experiences beyond
the school curriculum and work towards completing ‘50 Things’ children will do at Linthorpe
throughout their time at our school.
