The MAGICAL learning habits are referred to in lessons
and assemblies. Children are praised and rewarded for
demonstrating the behaviours; particularly during ‘Star
Award Assemblies’ where older children nominate their
peers and articulate which element of MAGICAL they
have been most impressed with.
