Care Team
Our experienced and well qualified Care Team supports
children and families to overcome barriers to learning. They
have the skills and training to be able to identify where needs
arise and signpost parents and carers to the most appropriate
support, advice or therapeutic pathway. They are led by our
Designated Safeguarding Lead who works to ensure the safety
and wellbeing of all pupils. They intervene effectively with:
• Poor attendance and punctuality.
• A range of health needs.
• Challenging behaviours.
• Parenting strategies.
• Complex special needs.
• Grief counselling.
• Mental health needs.
• Social and emotional issues.
