our lives we experience
emotions on a daily basis. These emotions have an
energy vibration that the body would naturally
process while we are asleep. Sometimes, the
emotion is so strong and overwhelming that the
body just cannot process it properly. This may result
in the emotion becoming ?
trapped? in the body.
Emotion or trauma may also get trapped in the body
through lack of sleep, medications, other daily
distractions. This may cause the body to think, ?If I
put that to one side for now, I can deal with it later!?
However, later can be days, weeks, months or even
years down the line which cause the body? energy
s
system to become distorted, and normal healthy
messages to become ?
foggy.?Life then stops flowing
in the way that it was meant to, leading to
disharmony, dis-ease, negativity, in many areas of
your life. Fortunately, using the Body/ Emotion code,
we can work to release the disharmony and allow the
body to process that emotion appropriately.
Heart Wal l
One of the things an Emotion/ Body Code
practitioner accentuates is a heart wall. This is a wall
of energy placed around the heart, not unlike a force
field. This wall is made up of unprocessed emotions
that the subconscious has utilized in order to protect
you from further trauma. The problem arises when
the body holds on through cellular memory, even
when protection is no longer needed. This wall of
energy literally can form a wall between yourself
and others.
