ACCREDITATIONS
• ISO9001.2008 quality management system (FS558418) - Issued by the BSI (British
Standards Institute). We decided to embrace the ISO quality standard wholeheartedly,
which led us to developing systems and procedures to enable us to run the company as
smoothly as possible and to be assessed by the foremost accreditor of this procedure.
Our accreditation demonstrates that we have good controls and procedures in place,
and we are delighted to have held our certification in our annual assessments.
• CHAS (the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) - Health and safety
is of paramount importance to our business. We are careful to ensure we operate in a
safe manner and that our employees and visitors are not endangered. Although we
do not undertake groundworks, our health and safety systems and procedures vetted
by CHAS are an important part of what we do on-site.
• Construction Line - This register of pre-qualified construction services shows that we
have the right systems and procedures in place and also involves financial checks,
giving our customers confidence in us.
• TRADA (Timber Research Development Association), Our membership gives us
access to good technical information and ensuring we keep up to date with all new
issues and developments. As members of TRADA, and as a responsible company,
we ensure that we always source our timber from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)
registered suppliers for Hardwood and PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of
Forest Certification) for Softwood.
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) - All our installation team members
are card holders and have been CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) checked, which
means you can be confident of their understanding of health and safety issues. As
we work in the education sector, and there is the potential to come into contact with
pupils, CRB gives you the confidence that our employees can work in a safe and
responsible manner. We will if required also supply a List 99 clearance check.
