Welcome to issue 30 of Landscape & Urban Design. As we
come into the spring season we have a lovely article on pages
36-39 on creating a wildlife-friendly garden. Oeco Garden
rooms have given some tips on how to create a habitat for
wildlife in your garden.

Our opening feature for this edition was supplied by Lynne
Marcus Garden Designers and they talk about how they
created a family renovation for a private house in London.
The Brief was to create an elegant, semi-traditional,
symmetrical garden. Which I found to be a very insightful and
attractive project.
The season of backyard BBQ’S and outdoor entertaining is
upon us and on pages 60 - 62 Trex give an 8 step guide to
better your Deck also giving you practical advice on deck
repair and maintenance after the winter months and how to
make the most of your decking space.
