SCH ( Supplies ) have been designing and manufacturing machinery for landscapers and groundsmen for over 30 years . There is a vast array of machinery within the pages of the companies 80 page brochure , including garden trailers , watering units , brushes and groomers and sprayers . One of the most popular ranges among amenity managers are the waterers and bowsers . In particular , the Towed Water Unit , Ref HBU900 , is ideal for a number of uses . The unit is available with either an electric or petrol pump , and as the name suggests has a tank capacity of 900 litres . Built on a steel framed chassis with overrun brakes , lights and a jockey wheel , the HBU is VOSA certified and the tank is baffled . The electric version is powered by a 12 volt DC diaphragm pump with free flow of 18 litres . The petrol version is powered by a 2 ” centrifugal Honda pump with a flow rate up to 450 litres ( 98 gallons ) per minute . It comes with six meters ( 20 ’) of heavy duty hose which comes with an on / off lever tap and quick fit couplings for a simple and fast lance change . Two lances are supplied as standard – a telescopic lance with a removable rose head for baskets which has up to a six meter reach ( depending of course on the height of the operator ). SCH also provide a short lance for tubs and beds . The HBU units have been in production for many years , and prices start from £ 2,755.00 plus VAT , ex works .

The line of Solus concrete fire pits are CE certified for gas ( natural gas or liquid propane ) and are commercial grade products built to withstand the test of time , with warranties to match . Solus designs all of our fire and water features with form and function in mind . Options include convertible table tops ( hardwood and metal ) plus all weather covers . Solus water features are particularly attractive and are built for “ plug and play ”. The water features are self circulating requiring no external plumbing . Water domes come in three sizes , stainless or brass and scupper versions can be either self circulating or built into a larger pond system . The response to our fire and water features within the UK has been very encouraging and recognition at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2016 and 2017 has been equally gratifying . Solus fire and water features were featured at Chelsea , which culminated in being selected a finalist in the New Product of the Year Award competition in both 2016 and 2017 .
