10 Valentine’s
Aphrodisiacs
Words: Zunia Boucher-Myers
“Most people do not realise that
some of the most commonly used
ingredients found in kitchens
have the ability to get their
mojo on the move.”
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and if you are anything like me, you intend to
woo your sweetheart to distraction. Why not stay home this year and do things a little
differently?
If you are in a relationship, keeping the flames of desire kindled takes dedication. For
those flying solo (for now) and who have their eye on someone special, read on as I
have what might just be the magical ingredients to get the ball rolling, so to speak. A
quote often incorrectly attributed to the Dalai Lama, is that you should approach love
and cooking with reckless abandon.
With that in mind, why not spend some time together in the kitchen, honouring that
deep connection that preparing food together can bring? To take it a step further why
not use aphrodisiacs in every course?
