Winter BBQ
Join us in our annual “Ice Breaker” event on Friday,
Jan. 16 from 11 a.m.– 12:15 p.m. We will be grilling up
hamburgers, hot dogs and brats. This is an outdoor event.
Potato salad, deviled eggs, baked beans and drinks will be provided by Nutritional Services. Bring a dessert to share. All staff and
residents will be served at their regular lunch times and visitors may
come through the line from 11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

Antique Road Show
We are going to host our own version of the Antique
Road Show on Wednesday, Jan. 14 at 2 p.m. We are asking
for residents’ family, staff and friends to bring an antique or
unique item to be displayed at the event. The fun will be
to guess what each item is and its purpose. We may also
guess the value if it is known.

Happy New Year!
It’s the time of year when we sit back, draw a deep
breath and reflect on the past year. The same questions often
come to mind, “Where did it go?” or “How does time fly by so
fast?”
We can reflect on new found friends and the loses of
those which have grown near and dear to or hearts. We have
added new names to the Century Fountain. We have welcomed
many precious new children and grandchildren to our families.
We have various celebrated milestones of weddings, anniversaries,
birthdays and graduations.
We salute the end of 2014 and look forward to the new
adventures of 2015. Here’s to health, happiness and best
wishes to all of the family and friends of residents and staff of
Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility!
