VOLLEYBALL - CLUB MOMENTUM ATHLETICS CLINICS ( GRADES 3-6 )

VolleyKids is designed to introduce athletes to the sport of volleyball in a FUN , non-competitive environment . Participants can expect to work on all of the skill aspects of volleyball ( passing , setting , serving , hitting ) in an environment designed to foster confidence !

3RD - 4TH GRADE CLINIC : Participants will play on a lower net with a lighter volleyball with activities designed to move from skill to skill quickly to keep participants engaged and active . Drills will incorporate cardiovascular exercise , hand-eye coordination , and plyometrics .

5TH - 6TH GRADE CLINIC : Junior Spikers is designed to begin introducing elements of competition and prepare athletes for higher levels of play ( junior high school teams and club ). This clinic will focus on a review of the various skill aspects of volleyball , but will also incorporate elements of competition in the form of goal-focused exercises , wash drills , and scrimmages .

DODGEBALL WINTER CLASSIC ( GRADES K-8 ) “ Dodge , dip , duck , dive , and dodge !” Grab your friends and spend your day off of school playing Dodgeball . Teams are guaranteed three games in a round robin tournament . The top teams in each of the divisions will play for the Championship . First and Second place teams will receive trophies . Games will run approximately 15 minutes each . All participants will receive a Dodgeball Classic T-Shirt !
