OPTIMIST LEARN TO RACE ( 9-15Y ) Get a head start on the rest of the Midwest by training in the spring ! We will refine your boat handling skills , tactics , and understanding of the rules . Sailors are expected to have solid sailing skills and must supply their own drysuits . Students may use their own boats or charter one of ours .

RACING PIPELINE ( GRADES 8-12 ) Spring sailing is where we build our skills . Big breeze and cold water make for fast sailing and exciting practices . Come get ready for the summer season . Sailors are expected to have solid sailing skills and must bring their own drysuits . This group will have very limited regattas .

HIGH SCHOOL RACING ( GRADES 9-12 ) Be a part of the best sailing team in the Midwest ! Spring is the championship sailing season . The wind and waves make this the time for hardcore sailboat racing . Sailors are expected to have solid sailing skills and must provide their own drysuits . The team will be traveling to weekend regattas across the Midwest .
