Fitness Center FITNESS/AEROBIC CLASSES Participants can now purchase the convenient annual All Access Pass or an individual drop-in pass for all non-registration classes. All passes must be purchased prior to the beginning of class at the Fitness Desk. ALL ACCESS PASS • • • Unlimited Punch Pass classes for an entire year. No need to worry about purchasing several punch cards during the year. If you take an average of three classes each week, you could be paying only $2.07 per class. We will include a good amount of strength exercises, smooth and fluid barre movements, many different core exercises, and a lot of fun! BOOT CAMP ON THE BEACH This is not a traditional aerobics class! Each person works to his and her own level. No grapevines, turns or dancing. Instead get ready for speed bursts, plyometrics, intervals and power drills. Make sure you bring your towel, water bottle and sweat-proof sun screen. Put on your boxing gloves and prepare to strike the heavy bag. Learn proper boxing techniques including the jab, cross, and hook. Follow your trainer through 1 to 3 minute fitness rounds designed to provide overall total body strength and endurance challenges including abdominal, core and strength training. Check in at the Fitness Desk and you will receive a color-coded class pass. You present the class pass to the instructor at the beginning of the class. Looking for the perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and intense strength training? This class is it! Each week, both the format and the equipment used will change to make for increased calorie burn, total body workout, and core stabilization! CARDIO KICKBOXING Mix up your routine with this high-intensity, full-body workout. Burn calories while learning non-contact boxing and karate moves as well as athletic drills and light weight training. CARDIO STEP & KICK Mix up your cardio work with blocks of step routines and blocks of kickboxing combinations. This class is sure to ramp up your heart rate while keeping you guessing all hour long! CARDIO STRENGTH & CORE HOW TO FIND THE SCHEDULE? This class is broken down into a 20/20/20 format. In the first 20 minutes, dance, step, and jump with our inventive cardio. In the second 20 minutes, improve the strength of your total body with resistance training utilizing dumbbells, Gliders TM , stability balls, bands, and more. DROP-IN The daily punch pass may be used toward any class including classes which require registration provided the class has not reached its maximum enrollment.
