420/LASER RACE TEAM (14-18Y)
Lake Forest Sailing's 420/ Laser Race Team is known for hard work and strong regatta finishes. Joining the race team is a commitment
of time and effort. Parent involvement is a must as the team travels frequently to regattas around the Midwest. The focus of the race
team is all aspects of small boat racing and training for top-level regional events. On-shore components of boat maintenance, rules,
tactics and fitness will be a large part of the race team this summer. Please contact the sailing office with any questions.

Camp Awesome is our program dedicated to teaching children who have high functioning special needs. Campers ages 9 to 12 will be
working with U.S. Sailing trained instructors who are also trained to work with special needs sailors. This one week, half day program is
highly flexible and set up to meet the needs of your child.
