REPTILE RAMPAGE ( ALL AGES )

Bring your friends and family and join us for one of Chicagoland ’ s largest reptile exhibitions . Enthusiasts and experts from around the region will exhibit more than 150 snakes , lizards , turtles , tortoises and more . Visitors will have opportunities to meet , handle , and learn about many of these animals with representatives from museums , universities , zoos , nature centers and private collections . Children will be able to engage in many activities , including face-painting . A silent auction benefiting the Wildlife Discovery Center and various conservation programs will be ongoing throughout the day . We regret that due to space limitations , double strollers cannot be allowed in the exhibit hall . A stroller “ parking area ” will be provided .

Imagine the delight your child will experience seeing the Easter Bunny hop up to your front door with an Easter basket made specially for him or her . The Recreation Department will help the Easter Bunny make and deliver each colorful basket to the lucky recipient . Baskets will be delivered between the advertised times .

MOTHER SON BOWLING NIGHT ( 9-14Y )

The Lake Forest Parks & Recreation Department encourages all mothers and their son ( s ) to come out for a fun night of bowling . We have teamed up with Brunswick Zone in Vernon Hills to provide bowling , food and beverages , and a great time for all .
