VOLLEYBALL CLUB - MOMENTUM ATHLETICS CLINICS (8-15Y)
VolleyKids is designed to introduce athletes to the sport of volleyball in a FUN, non-competitive environment. Participants can expect to
work on all of the various skill aspects of volleyball - passing, setting, serving, hitting - all in an environment designed to foster confidence!
Participants will play on a lower net with a lighter volleyball with activities designed to move from skill to skill quickly to keep participants
engaged and active. Drills will incorporate cardiovascular exercise, hand-eye coordination, and plyometrics.

DODGEBALL FALL CLASSIC (6-15Y)
Dodge, Dip, Duck, Dive, and Dodge! Grab your friends and spend your day off of school playing Dodgeball. Teams are guaranteed three
games in a round robin tournament. The top teams in each of the divisions will play for the Championship. First and second place teams will
receive trophies. Games will run approximately 15 minutes each. All participants will receive an official Dodgeball Classic T-Shirt!
