VOLLEYBALL CLUB - MOMENTUM ATHLETICS CLINICS (8-15Y)
Participants will work on all of the skills of volleyball - passing, setting, serving, hitting - all in an environment designed to foster
confidence! Participants will play on a lower net with a lighter volleyball with activities designed to move from skill to skill quickly to
keep participants engaged and active. Drills will incorporate cardiovascular exercise, hand-eye coordination, and plyometrics.

Teams are guaranteed three games in a round robin tournament. Top teams in each division will play for the Championship. 1st and
2nd place teams will receive trophies. Games will run about 15 minutes each. All participants will receive a Dodgeball Classic T-Shirt!
