SQUASH - ELITE TRAINING PROGRAM (10-15Y)
This program is for junior-level players looking to develop into competitive play and elevate their performance as a competitive squash player.
Players who qualify for this program will learn the technical, tactical, psychological, and physical requirements necessary to successfully
compete in local, regional, and national tournaments. Players will be evaluated before being accepted into the program.

SQUASH - LAKE FOREST HIGH SCHOOL JUNIOR SCOUTS (15-18Y)
Beginner Squash will focus on forehand, backhand, serve, return of serve, drive, footwork, and beginning court movement.
Be part of an exciting and popular club sport! Our after school practice program will include coaching,
drilling, agility, fitness, and matches. During the first week of the program, there will be player
assessments and challenge matches to determine Varsity and Junior Varsity. The Varsity team will
practice from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Mon/Wed. The JV team will practice from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
on Mon/Wed. Friday practice times will be for make-ups or optional workouts. Local matches will be
scheduled throughout the season.

Pickleball League
PICKLEBALL LEAGUE (18Y+)
Pickleball is a tennis-based sport using wood paddles and wiffle balls on a miniature tennis court. This fun,
fast-paced game is great for players of all ages and skill levels due to the playing rules, court size, and
equipment. Come out and take part in this fun and exciting game, which is also a great way to exercise. Fee
is for four sessions of play. If not registered, there will be a $5 drop in fee per day of play.
