YOUNG POTTERS (9-14Y)
This class is for students who are interested in learning about the potter’s wheel and developing the skills required in wheel throwing.
Functional pottery projects will be emphasized.

Students are encouraged to complete at least two sessions of Dynamic Ceramics before participating in this class.
Exceptions for older students can be made.

HAND BUILDING WITH MY PARENT (6-12Y with Parent)
This is a parent and child pottery class. Parents and their children will work together using the four techniques of hand building (coil,
slab, pinch pull, and piece mounting). Class participants will create one of a kind pieces of artwork to cherish forever.

Included in the class fee are 25 lbs. of clay, firings, and high-fire glazes. Students need to supply their own personal
hand tools available for purchase at Stirling. Both parent and child must register to participate in the class.
