C Constructed in 1929 and designed by the renowned North Shore architect Edwin H. Clark, Stirling Hall is Lake Forest’s best kept secret. Stirling Hall houses a fully-equipped, professionally staffed art center with an emphasis on ceramics. Classes for children and adults, ages three and up, are offered four times a year. Students will papier- mache, paint, print, collage, draw, and more while creating open-ended, positive art experiences. Imaginations will be sparked when we use common materials in uncommon ways. Each project will be glazed and then "kiln fired" to create a lasting piece of art. This class is for new and continuing students.
