JUNIOR GOLF CAMPS ( GRADES 3-8 , 8-14Y ) Summer Golf Camps are a perfect fit for juniors between the ages of 8-14 . The program is a fun and fast paced exploration into the game . Participants can expect to be very active as they make their daily shuffle through full swing mechanics , short game , putting , and on- course “ stations ”. The camps feature one of the most knowledgeable teaching staffs in Illinois and a guaranteed 4:1 student to teacher ratio . Camps meet Monday through Thursday for golf skills development and Fridays for a 9 hole tournament .

VOLLEYBALL - CLUB MOMENTUM YOUTH VOLLEYBALL CAMP ( GRADES 1-8 , 8-14Y ) VolleyKids is designed to introduce athletes to the sport of volleyball in a FUN , non-competitive environment . Participants can expect to work on all of the various skill aspects of volleyball - passing , setting , serving , hitting - all in an environment designed to foster confidence ! Participants will play on a lower net , with a lighter volleyball with activities designed to move from skill to skill quickly to keep participants engaged and active . Drills will incorporate cardiovascular exercise , hand-eye coordination , and plyometrics .
