Enrichment Our enrichment programme runs every Wednesday afternoon. In addition to the opportunity to attend work experience, students can sign up to one of a range of activities or clubs: including sport, Duke of Edinburgh, outdoor education, magazine club, art club, music club and debating club. Service A great advantage of joining a school-based sixth form is that you get the opportunity to take on posts of responsibility within the school. Every sixth former is asked to undertake some service where they can help the learning of younger students, support the school in other ways or even volunteer within the wider community. Fund-raising for charities is seen as one important aspect and the success of events such as the Shoebox Appeal, Children in Need and Comic Relief is due in large part to the energy of the Sixth Form. These activities are excellent for personal development and they also look impressive on curricula vitae and UCAS application forms!
