PROGRAM REGISTRATION
Summer program registration opens on Monday June 25, 2018 at 8:30am.
Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The original waiver and full
payment must be submitted within 24 hours of registering for any summer program.
Participants are not considered registered in a program until the original waiver and
full payment have been received. For your convenience, original waivers can be
hand delivered to the Town of Onoway Office, Town of Mayerthorpe Office, Village
of Alberta Beach Office, or the Lac Ste. Anne County Administration Office. Certain
summer programs do require additional waivers, which will be identified in each
program description if applicable.
Online, Telephone & Fax Registration: For your convenience, online registration is
available for most programs, at https://ca.apm.activecommunities.com/lsacounty
A nominal, non-refundable fee will apply. Registration is also available by telephone
at 780.785.3411 or toll-free 1.866.880.5722, or by fax at 780.785.2985. Note that
faxed waivers will not be accepted.
Walk-in Registration: Registration is available in person at the Lac Ste. Anne
County Administration Office or the Town of Onoway Administration Office.
Registrants who wish to make payment in Alberta Beach must first register through
the Lac Ste. Anne County Office.
WAITING LIST
Should a program be at its maximum capacity, your child’s name will be placed on
a waiting list. If a spot becomes available, we will then contact you and ask that you
complete the waiver form and make payment.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payments can be paid by cheque, Interac, Visa or Mastercard. An administration
fee will be charged on all NSF cheques, credit card chargebacks and declined
pre-authorized payments, in addition to related Financial Institution charges.
REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. In the event that Lac Ste. Anne
County must cancel a summer program, a full refund or credit to another program,
will be issued to the participant. If registration is cancelled by the registrant prior to
the deadline, a full refund or credit will be issued. If registration is cancelled by the
registrant after the deadline, a refund or credit will be not issued. Should a medical
certificate be produced, a refund will be considered. In the event that your child
displays inappropriate behavior such as bullying, fighting or foul language during
a program, we will contact you immediately to pickup your child from the location.
Under such circumstances, a refund will not be granted.
