bonus which was 14% and 11% higher than the national average respectively.

4.2.3.4 Non-Malaysian Employees: EPF, SOCSO, Other Pension Funds and SPPA
27% of employers with expatriates / PR contributed to EPF for these employees, while none
contributed to other pension funds. Employers’ monthly contribution to EPF and SOCSO (which
is only for PR) averaged about RM1,900 per expatriate / PR employee.
