Across industries, full-time employees in the agriculture, forestry, fishing, mining and quarrying
recorded the highest average normal working hours, at an average of 9.2 hours per day (assuming
a 5-day work week). Meanwhile, those in the accommodation and food services industry as well
as administrative and support services clocked in the highest paid OT hours.
