Le Royal Academy of Art à Londres organise une exposition rétrospective de la carrière d’Anselm Kiefer, artiste
plasticien contemporain. Considéré comme l’un des artistes allemands les plus importants depuis la fin de
la seconde Guerre Mondiale, l’œuvre d’Anselm Kiefer reflète intensément l’expérience humaine en s’appuy ant
sur l’histoire, la mythologie mais aussi la littérature, la philosophie et la science. Cette exposition qui comporte
de nombreuses peintures, sculptures et installations monumentales témoigne de la volonté de l’artiste de
confronter le public aux questions vastes et complexes de notre passé, présent et avenir. I Anselm Kiefer.
From September 27th to December 14th 2014, the Royal Academy of Art in London organizes a retrospective exhibition of
Anselm Kiefer’s career, contemporary visual artist. Considered one of the most important German artists since
the end of the second World War, Anselm Kiefer’s work reflects the human experience with intensity, based on
history, mythology as well as litterature, philosophy and science. This exhibition, which presents numerous
paintings, sculptures and huge installations, shows the artist’s willingness to confront the public to the broad
and complex issues of our past, present and future. I
