Thomas Farkas, Marcel Gautherot, Han Günther Flieg et José Meireiros témoignent d’une période de changements placée sous le signe du renouveau et de la modernité. Bouleversements politiques, sociaux et culturels sont les sujets principaux de ces professionnels qui, fortement influencés par le courant artistique “ la Nouvelle Vision ”, offrent un nouvel angle de vu inédit ainsi qu’une esthétique très minutieuse. I Brazil : to the sources of modernism, from September 27th to April 27th 2014. The Photography Museum in Berlin revisits the post-war Brazil through the lens of three European photographers and a Brazilian journalist. Thomas Farkas, Marcel Gautherot, Han Günther Flieg and José Meireiros testify to an era of change placed under the banner of renewal and modernity. These professionals, highly influenced by the artistic movement “ the New Vision ”, offer a new point of view and a very thorough aesthetic in the treatment of their main subject : political, social and cultural upheavals.
