he villa 78 has been built this summer 2013 on the avenue Mohamed V in the heart of
Tunis. An audacious bet for Nicholas Noe and Steve Abdelatif, two Americans newly
arrived from Beyrouth two years ago. They want to create an atypical, dynamic place, a
mix between a pop up store and an inn. After a year of renovation their efforts have paid :
the villa 78 attracts people from different backgrounds. Journalists, students, designers,
photographers, musicians come from all over the world.
The villa 78 has 4 climatized bedrooms, a living room and a garden with furniture found
in Tunis : the mix is stunning ! Breakfasts are also served in the dining room with posters of old Egyptian
movies, a fireplace made of ceramic, many-coloured chairs. In short, an eclectic mix reflecting the designers
personality. I
