In this seminar, attorney Larry Kamm will be discussing that one of the best

thought-out and planned transition of assets and liabilities. He will cover topics
such as: naming executors, trustees, guardians, Power of Attorneys. He will
discuss the benefits of the probate process and how to save on probate costs.
Other topics that will be covered are: suggestions on how to deal with personal
property; what about charitable bequests, Living Wills and Durable Power of
Attorneys, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts. There will be a question and

transforming inactive church members into involved members of His body--His
radical disciples in building up His kingdom.
