PATHFINDER FAIR/ADVENTURER FUN DAY
Sunday, May 24, 12:00-5:00 pm: Food Booths, Parade, Drill Teams, Pinewood
Derby, awards, and fun activities for everyone. Pathfinder activities will be
held across from the main auditorium. Adventurer activities will be at Highland
Elementary gym after Opening Ceremonies. Join us! For more information go to

RETIRED DENOMINATIONAL EMPLOYEES’ BANQUET
Sunday, May 24, 5:00-6:15 pm: Devotional and supper in the Cafeteria. For
retired denominational employees living in the Kentucky-Tennessee Conference.
GOD IN SHOES
Monday May 25, 2:45-3:45 pm: A “how to” training for those interested in beginning a God in Shoes ministry. God in Shoes is an outreach program to pamper
women in need.
SPA EXPERIENCE
Monday, May 25, 4:00-5:00 pm: ATTENTION LADIES! Are you stressed out
and burdened with the many responsibilities of everyday living? Then we want to
pamper YOU! All you have to do is come to Room #2 in Ray Hall and receive a
free spa experience with neck, shoulder, and foot massage. Sign up at Locating,
though walk-ins will be accepted! Sponsored by Women’s Ministries Department

CAFETERIA
Breakfast (7:15-7:45 am) and lunch (noon-12:45 pm) will
be served during the week. (No breakfast will be served
on Sabbath.) Evening meals are available at the Snack
Shop. No lunch will be served on Sunday, May 24. Meal
tickets for Sabbath lunch (12:00-1:30 pm) and Sabbath
supper (5:30-6:00 pm) must be purchased at the Locating
Office prior to sundown on Friday.
