Personally I feel Employee Engagement has not to do with the industry type.
As HR we deal with highly skilled resources in every sector. In Real Estate the
quality of Architects and Civil Engineers is as good as the Software Developer
and Programme Managers in the IT Industry. Retaining talent through
engagement is industry agnostic. And an economy needs all industry to grow
simultaneously for a balanced and sustained development of the country.
Talent needs engagement in every organization. It is an aspect of employee
psychological and emotional connect rather than industry type.
