Recruitment can harvest maximum benefit from technology. Technology is greatly impacting how employers recruit great talent and how great talent finds the right employer. The outreach of technology can fulfill critical gaps of employee right-time sourcing, inclusion in diversity, bridging skill gaps and even right employment engagement model. Today you can be present at various campuses simultaneously using technologies available in job portals for campus outreach. The limitation of travelling from Campus to Campus can be totally done away with. Applied Artificial Intelligence is being progressively used in screening databases to search the best CVs to fit the role description. Video interviewing and considering a candidate's social media profiles as part of the application, instead of just screening candidates is becoming commonplace. In addition to Social Media, Applicant Tracking systems, Mobile recruiting, Job boards and Career pages are now oft found recruitment practices. And technology is a two-way street.
