Last but not the least , what is the best reward / recognition you have received in your career - something that you will remember for a long time and what is the best reward / recognition you have given a colleague / team member ?
I think one of the best recognition which I received in my career is from the Managing Partner of my current firm , Mr . V . Lakshmikumaran when one of the employee engagement idea piloted by me and my team was widely acknowledged by the people within the firm as well as bagged us as one of the winners of the Great Places to Work Blog 2016 contest .
I always had the privilege to work with the best minds in the industry throughout my career and have got super talented peers and team members in all my earlier organizations viz , PwC , Deloitte , Ernst and Young as well as in my current organization – Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan .
