Do you believe there are challenges in designing a Rewards and Recognition strategy / program when there is a multi-generational workforce ?
In an organization where we have all the three generation of people working together , viz . Baby Boomers ( born 1945-1963 ), Generation X ( born 1964-1980 ) and Millennials ( born 1981 – 2000 ), there are obvious challenges in designing an uniform Rewards and Recognition program .
This is primarily because the definition of rewards and needs has changed over a period of time and it has moved from being primarily money centric to having more flexibility in terms of work , getting more regular feedbacks etc .
