28 years of ceaseless prayer
With traditional offerings of water and candles made daily

tarted in April of 1985, KPC
monks, nuns and commu-
nity members, hour by hour,
have maintained constant prayer
dedicated to the end of suffering
for all beings. This vigil has been
unbroken for nearly three decades.
It is open 24 hours a day seven days
a week to all faiths and provides a
place of refuge where people can
come when there is often no place
else to go for solace.
