KU boasts a history of offering high quality, robust professional learning days. These one-off events draw on the latest
practice and research from the Early Childhood Sector and beyond.
NSW EDUCATION STANDARDS AUTHORITY (NESA, FORMERLY KNOWN AS
BOSTES) REGISTERED COURSES
KU Children’s Services is an endorsed provider of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA,
formerly known as BOSTES) registered courses for teachers accredited at Proficient Teacher
level. Across this booklet you will find registered courses identified by the BOSTES QTC logo
alongside a statement of the National Teaching Standard/s addressed during the course.
Teachers attending NESA registered courses need to provide their teacher registration
number upon registration.
TAILORED PROFESSIONAL LEARNING
KU offers a number of workshops and two part series that can be tailored to meet the professional learning needs of
your service, and can be delivered onsite at a time convenient to teams. Tailored professional learning can also take
place online and can be customised to suit your service through the delivery of a webinar.

The suite of KU resources are a reflection of the KU commitment to high quality practice. Developed through unique
action research and professional learning community projects, a range of resources have been designed to support
high quality practice and provide for individual and team based professional learning.
