Important facts highlighted throughout the film will pave the way for a facilitated discussion and self-initiated research to further understanding. This workshop is an opportunity to reflect on and re-discover the importance of play in children’s lives and explores children’s learning and development during play, superhero and fantasy play, the educator’s role and environments for play. This workshop will disseminate the ESDM into early childhood settings, ensuring that every child is included and engaged across a variety of early childhood services (preschool, long day care, playgroups, early intervention etc.).
