Important facts highlighted throughout the film will pave the way for a facilitated discussion and self-initiated research to further understanding. Completing ‘Documentation: Find the Story Worth Telling’ will contribute 5 hours of NESA registered PD addressing 5.4.2 and 5.5.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW Friday 22 March 9:30am – 3:30pm Bathurst RSL, 114 Rankin St Bathurst $220 WHY MINDSET MATTERS – SEE THE MEANING IN CHILDREN’S BEHAVIOUR Kate Norman Children can present with a wide array of complex needs and behaviours which may be difficult to make sense of and can be stressful to manage. This workshop aims to help educators gain an understanding that all behaviour is meaningful. This provides a key that opens the door to new possibilities for behaviour support, as educators work to develop nurturing relationships that meet children’s needs and teach the social and emotional skills that support true inclusion and emotional wellbeing.
