The Iberdrola Tower is an office skyscraper in Bilbao. It was officially inaugurated by King Juan Carlos I on 21 February 2012. The tower was built in Abandoibarra, a former industrial area located next to the Nervión river that began to be renewed in the early 1990s and where other emblematic projects such as the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao and the Euskalduna Conference Centre and Concert Hall have been built. The tower has a height of 165 metres tall and has 40 floors.

The University of Deusto is a Spanish private university owned by the Society of Jesus, with campuses in Bilbao and San Sebastián, and the Deusto Business School headquarters in Madrid. It is the oldest private university in Spain.

San Mamés Stadium is the football stadium in Bilbao. The stadium is the home of Athletic Bilbao, known as Los Leones de San Mamés. They are known as Los Leones because their stadium was built near a church called San Mamés. It was built on the 20th January, 1913 and it was opened on 21st of August 1913.

Its paintings are by old masters like El Greco, Cranach, Murillo, Goya, Ruisdael and Bellotto, together with 19th century and modern Sorolla, Mary Cassatt, Gauguin, Henri Le Sidaner, James Ensor, Peter Blake and Francis Bacon.

A baserri is a traditional half-timbered or stone-built type of housebarn farmhouse found in the Basque Country in Northern Spain and Southwestern France. The baserris, with their gently sloping roofs and entrance portals, are highly characteristic of the region and form a vital part in traditional Basque societal structures.
