A self-described “problem solver,” Emilian V. White along with Pastor Rudy, launched KMAZ to benefit Bread of Life, Inc. White has a wealth of experience that uniquely prepared him to lead AMAZING 102.5 FM. Prior to launching Amazing 102.5, he served as the General Sales Manager for KCOH AM for 10 years. He also worked as an Account Executive for KMJQ, MAJIC 102 FM for twenty two years, as well as Laraza 98.5 FM, KQUE 1230 am, and KZJJ Channel 61.

Kim Gagne is a veteran news, talk, reality and court show TV Producer who has two DAYTIME EMMY Awards for NBC and ENDEMOL'S hit daytime talk show "STEVE HARVEY" In addition to producing the Steve Harvey Talk Show for four seasons, Gagne is the Executive Producer for Harvey's Neighborhood (Hoodie) Awards. Kim Gagne is a veteran.
Gagne is an accomplished development consultant/producer on television talk show pilots, startups and reality series. She has been one of the driving forces behind some of Houston’s hottest shows and other well-known syndicated shows, including: City Under Siege (FOX-TV) Great Day Houston (CBS-KHOU) Texas Justice (Twentieth Television/FOX TV) The Steve Harvey Project (BET/CENTRIC) and The Steve Harvey Show (NBC/ENDEMOL).

Heaven Dorsey is a Houston native, who is the board operator and programming assistant for Amazing 102.5 FM. She is responsible for audio, editing, and most importantly keeping the music flowing.
