The food was a pleasant surprise. Let’s
be honest, when you’ve just come off
the water, you want to know that you
will be able to have a decent meal to reenergise; for a lot of people, us included,
the food can make or break a trip.
With a two week rotating menu, the chef
produced fresh, tasty, substantial meals
that met everyone’s needs. Chicken, fish,
beef, vegetables, tagines of Moroccan
cous cous and olives; healthy dishes
packed with all the carbs and nutrients
you needed were ready so that you could
get back out on the water.
The staff at Dakhla Evasion were
amazing. The hotel is the baby of Ghali
and Caroline, so they really care about
ensuring you have a good time. They
live in the grounds of the hotel so are
around for any queries you may have; or
even just a chat to discuss conditions and
marvel at the beauty of the surroundings.
All the staff make for an inviting and
comfortable atmosphere, and it’s always
good to know the face behind the place.
