Good night life Markets on a Friday On-the-beach restaurants and bars A harbour town with lots of fresh fish One of the older cities in OZ Swan River Normal South Westerly winds but the wind tends to have a lot of holes in it. Very choppy and shallow for about the first few metres. Next to a road so launching can be a bit lary and the place in general is a bit sketchy. This spot was close to where I called home for two months so was easy for a quick session 5 minutes down the road but conditions weren’t the best. I had a great time shooting pics down there but that’s the best you can do. The main front has quite a lot a beginners and really choppy water. One time it was South East and we stumbled across a spot which was perfectly flat water on the inside and with much more consistent wind. Marget River/Augusta Amazing surf and fantastic scenery. Beautiful Beaches 3 and a half hours south of Perth. Augusta is the most perfect kite spot you could ever see. Unfortunately the days I headed down there were really at the end of the season which was coming to an end and I ended up having a quick 13m session. So Augusta will be one of the first places I’d go back to. The story here is we decided to do a quick road trip as I was coming to the end of my stay and hadn’t yet been down South to this so called paradise. I was gutted when I saw Margret River.
