OZ, everyone’s dream
destination right???
Whenever I speak to any fellow
kitesurfers back home about their
perfect destination, Australia is the
place they are most keen to try out.
For some reason all Brits think its
heaven but I definitely can’t see
why… It’s sunny yes, windy a
lot for kitesurfing, yes, clear blue
warm water, yes, that too. There is
a more relaxed way of life, they still
drive on the left side of the road
just like home and you probably
have some sort of family out there
because you know they’re all
decedents of British criminals; so
all in all the two countries have a
lot in common right? Only joking!
But basically the way I would sum
this place up is to take all the good
things about Britain and make
them better by replacing anything
shit like rain for example and
replace it with something better
like sunshine!
But on a serious note it’s great
there. You’re gonna need a car as
there are so many spots to travel
to and even more places to see
and the country really is big!
Back on what might be seen to
be on a half serious note, drinking
beer there is expected rather
than an option, it’s like a National
pastime, so be prepared to join in
and give it your best shot!
