I know the kites
which are fierce, and man
is afraid to kite loop on a
steep hill. With Peak you
go to anywhere at any
level
(although this force of the wind is not
recommended). Thanks to the 6m Peak,
these first days I could ride without any
problems - the kite convinced me, and
I knew I could rely on it in very strong
wind! The de-power is unreal – which
helps in 35 knots! On other days, we
had beautiful sunshine, but again the
wind was very light. The Peak worked
well in these conditions too, flying from
4 knots. Quickly setup, great de-power,
great stability, ease of use - this is
what gives this kite its great reputation!
The Peak never gets tangled, and in
strong wind you feel safe. Due to its
light weight, you can have its “brother”
always with you packed on the back!
In the last few years I have been living
for kiting and it became my job. I am
the owner of my own kite school and
at one time I worked as an instructor in
my school. I started kitesurfing in 2006,
and immediately I knew this is a sport
I wanted to put a lot of time and effort
into! I love snow kiting and I’d recommend
it to anyone. Ever since I tried snow kiting
in various countries such as Norway,
France, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Turkey,
I’ve never got back on a normal snow
board. Snow kiting is freedom, and I love
freedom! As I have mentioned Flysurfer
Peak several times, I would like to add
that since I started to use these kites
in my school, the progress in lessons
increased tremendously. A beginner, after
few lessons, is able to ride from A to B.
Thanks to the shape you don’t have any
spinning, taking off the snowboard boots,
unbuckling skis to untangle the kite. You
just pull the lines and the kite sweeps
and takes off. Peak is also suitable for
advanced riders who want to try the
maximum and drive out on the steep hills.
I know the kites which are fierce and
man is afraid to kite loop on a steep hill.
With Peak you go to anywhere at any
level. I love snow kiting even more
than kitesurfing, despite being at sea
around eight months a year. From
December to March I travel for snow.
This year I have visited France, Norway
and most often Switzerland. Whether it
was a one day trip, or for multiple days,
I’ve always had a small, lightweight
backpack with a 6m and 9m Peak with
me. Whether it was a large flat plane,
or on a steep hill, I went everywhere
and I enjoyed freeride snow kiting
as it should be! I suggest to all snow
kiters that they should get their hands
on a Flysurfer Peak. Try it someday,
and experience what this kite can do!
