The solution Following a collaborative workshop at Box Technologies ’ In-Store Technology Centre , which enabled Charles Tyrwhitt to see and evaluate a number of systems , it was decided that a bespoke , sleek Cielo PX-515 All-in-One POS system would fully meet their requirements . Taking advantage of the Cielo PX-515 ’ s customisable design , Charles Tyrwhitt requested a modification to the unit to enhance their point of service by removing the barrier between staff and customers . This was achieved with a customised base providing a highly adjustable screen angle and partial integration into the desks .
