The addition of the Apple Pencil holder and swivel function makes this tablet enclosure ideal for one-to-one meetings held in opticians and doctors surgeries. The Shell+ 12 countertop was designed to include a stylus holder for high street opticians to use as part of a consultation application. The enclosure needed to be able to swivel on its counter mount, to ensure full visibility between the client and the consultant. The enclosure was also required to securely enclose the iPad Pro 12.9” and the Apple Pencil, which would be used for annotating and signing digital forms. The iPad kiosk can also fit Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and 4, and can also hold the Microsoft Surface Pen alongside the enclosure. Peter Thompson, Director, imageHOLDERS: “We’ve not been asked to enclose the Apple Pencil before, so this order was an exciting one. Whilst the stylus won’t be fully secure, the holder ensures that the Apple Pencil retains its stylish design, and remains in keeping with the enclosure. KIOSK solutions The enclosure is ideally designed for consultants and one-to-one meetings, like the ones held in banks, opticians, or doctors surgeries.” This countertop enclosure can securely enclose tablets such as the iPad Pro and Microsoft Surface Pro to be used alongside a stylus such as the Apple Pencil or Microsoft Surface Pen. With the rotation feature this enclosure is ideal for reception desks, consultations and guest interaction. The stylus holder is an optional component for this enclosure. The Shell+ 12 is incredibly versatile and can integrate with any peripheral devices required to be able to perform as a number of different solutions including; POS systems, fingerprint controlled access control, passport scan stations, while maintaining elegant style and high security ratings.
