A part of everyday life
Kiosks have been around for a long time now, but it’s touchscreen
technology that has been the driver for their deployment across
so many aspects of modern life. We’re now arguably at the point
where we’ve come to expect some kind of interactive technology
when shopping, travelling or checking in at a hotel chain. And if it’s
not available, we’re left feeling the level of service we’ve become
accustomed too hasn’t been met.
Thinking about the positive impact kiosks have made to our lives in
the last 10 years thanks to technology and wide-ranging deployments,
looking into the future the possibilities before us could be almost
endless.
