The need to provide accurate , impactful and relevant information is a game changer

Digital signage and kiosks are continuing to develop and evolve , and as it does it opens the door for increased capabilities across the entire digital communications and customer engagement sector . With more innovation comes more opportunities for customer interaction – by using a touchscreen and requesting customer feedback , adding a sign-up form or even the ability to buy can increase your return on investment exponentially . One form of communication that has expanded with the technology is the ability for digital signage to be mobile and , if needed , temporary . The vast majority of kiosk and digital signage solutions are designed to manage the norm ; smooth retail transactions , defined journey planning and standard information points . But what happens when there are exceptions to the norm ? The answer is when different information is required , in different locations , at different times than ‘ normal ’?
It ’ s at such times the performance of a business , its customer service and its ability to be trusted are both questioned and challenged .
